We have a 7-day customer return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Please Note: We Do Not Offer Refunds. Returns are for Exhange and Credit Note Only
We do our best to ensure that all the information about items in our store have clear photos, with good colouring and informations on sizing, materials etc... As well, Imperfection are to be anticipated when dealing with natural fibres, hand worked/ handmade, and vintage / antique pieces.
Many of these pieces in our store have had a life way before reaching here and your home and may be in less than pristine condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at beauhomealliston@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Cost of return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal items as in earrings (for hygiene purposes). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Those Sales Are Final
Exchanges
We will notify you to inform if your Exchange/ Credit Note was approved. If Yes, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for the Exchange to be processed. Once the return is inspected and approved, the customer will again be notified to inform that the return was approved and met requirements. As this time a separate purchase may be completed for the new item.
